Warranty & Return Policies

RETURNS

We will accept a return of merchandise within 30 days of the date the item was delivered, so long as the item is new and unused. Please contact us directly to request a return, any item sent back without prior approval will be subject to a restocking fee regardless of reason for return.

Please provide a copy of the packing slip that was sent with the order and/or some way for us to identify your order. Any order received back without an RMA Number or Order Number will not be refunded.

BayB Brand Products does not pay for return shipping on orders. Should you wish to return an item, please see our guidelines below.

1) We recommend using USPS Parcel Post  to return your package. Other services will be higher and we will not reimburse return shipping fees.
2) All returns must be post marked within 30 days from date of authorization, or they are subject to no refund.
3) All returns are subject up to a 20% restocking fee, based on company's discretion.  
4) If your order is damaged upon receipt, we request that you send proof of damage to us prior to sending the product back.
5) Any merchandise returned in a damaged condition that was not marked as damaged upon initial receipt, will not receive a refund.
6) Any item purchased with FREE SHIPPING that is returned will automatically have original shipping charges deducted from any refund. 

No returns or exchanges will be made on any clearance items.

 

WARRANTY

We are committed to providing our customers best-in-class, high quality, genuine products. We stand behind that by the following warranties against defects in materials and workmanship.

We warranty any BayB Brand product for a period of one year from the date of purchase.


Warranties do not cover:

  • Damages caused by normal wear and tear (i.e., zipper wear, Velcro wear, etc.)
  • Defects resulting from repair or alteration of the product
  • Defects resulting from improper use, including any use or care not in accordance with the product instructions
  • Damages resulting from airlines or airport staff
  • Defects resulting from improper storage, such as outdoors or in damp environments
  • Products that are re-sold, given away, or in any other case where you are not the first and original owner
  • Products without receipt or proof of purchase
  • Products purchased outside of North America
  • Products that are not purchased directly from BayB Brand or a BayB Brand authorized retailer.

Limitation of Remedies: Your remedies under this limited warranty are limited to repair or replacement of the product or components of the product. In no event will BayB Brand or any of its retailers, dealers, distributors or resellers be liable for incidental, indirect or consequential damages relating to the product (including any repaired or replacement product or component) or its use. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.

What BayB Brand will do: Once your item is received and inspected by our Customer Service Team (usually within 1-3 days of receipt), your claim will be processed and a credit, refund, or replacement will be issued within 3 – 5 business days. Please note that depending on the product and shipping address, it may take an additional 2-10 business days to receive a replacement.
