What is the age range for the BayB Brand Bean Bags?

BayB Brand Bean Bags are meant for use from birth until 40 pounds. We do suggest that you monitor your child while in use and that you do not ever place this item in a crib or on an elevated surface. When your child begins to crawl, we suggest extra precaution to avoid flipping the bean bag on top of them. Just know, that once they are more mobile and begin walking, it’s a great chair for them to sit in. Simply remove the upper harness top to reveal the toddler seat.

Will the BayB Brand Carseat Canopies fit my car seat?

The BayB Brand Carseat Canopies are designed to fit most standard infant carriers. Utilizing the included Velcro straps, simply attach to the handle. Should the back of the canopy not quite fully cover the car seat, simply lift the rear hood until the canopy will cover it completely.

Can I return my BayB Brand product?

Yes.  We will accept a return/exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please find our Return Policy.

Will BayB Brand ever share my personal information?

No. BayB Brand will never share your personal information with any outside parties. We will only use your information to process your order, and contact you should there be a need regarding your order.

Are BayB Brand products safe for my child?

Yes.  We would never sell any product that we have not tested ourselves with our own children. We do precaution you with how and where to use products such as our BayB Brand Bean Bags, but we feel that the product itself is safe and will not cause any harm to your child.

What kind of warranty does BayB Brand offer?

I’d like to carry BayB Brand products in my store – how do I do that?

Great!  We are always looking for new avenues to sell our products. Please Contact Us with the details around your store and which products you are interested in. Someone will get back to you within 24 hours to discuss the opportunity.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

No. Sorry we do not offer gift wrapping.  We can however include a gift message with your order and remove the receipt if you like.  Please enter your gift message and any details in the “Notes” section of the shopping cart.

Do you do custom patterns and/or embroidery?

No. Sorry we do not do custom patterns or embroidery. Although both ideas are wonderful, we are not set up to handle either request.

My bean bag has lost its original shape, what should I do?

As with any commercial bean bag, over time there will be settling of the fill. You can find replacement filling at most home goods stores including Michaels, Wal-Mart and Bed Bath and Beyond.

Can I exchange my order for something else?

We will accept an exchange within the first 30 days of purchase, so long as the product is new and unused.  You will be responsible for paying return shipping, as well as providing us with a pre-paid return shipping label.  You can request the return shipping label at any USPS or UPS location.

Do you sell in any brick and mortar retail stores?

Currently we do not sell within standard retail stores. As we begin to add retail locations, we will update our site accordingly.

Do you have any coupon codes?

We regularly offer discount codes and specials throughout the year. Follow us on any of our social media platforms to keep up with our current offers.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Yes we do. We ship worldwide via USPS International Mail. And although shipping costs look high, these are the true costs for shipping our products internationally.

Do you accept donation requests for non profit events?

Yes. Please Contact Us with details of your event and/or cause. We do limit the amount of requests we can fulfill on a monthly basis, and do apologize in advance if we are unable to fill your request.

My tracking number isn’t working – what should I do?

Tracking numbers can take up to one full business day to begin showing up within the online link.  Should your tracking number not be working after that time, please Contact Us.

How fast is standard shipping?  Do you offer expedited delivery?

Standard shipping within the continental USA can take up to seven business days.  We do offer expedited service with guaranteed delivery within four business days if necessary.

Shipping to Canada can take up to 15 business days.

My delivery hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

First step is to check the tracking information that was provided to you via email or Facebook messenger. We ship all package with a trackable shipping number typically through USPS or FedEx.
If your package hasn’t arrived within the appropriate time frame, please Contact Us.

 

I am a blogger and would like to know how to get your product to review?

We love bloggers and reviewers!  Please Contact Us with information on you and your media outlet. We will be happy to send you product to review, as well as issue you a unique coupon code for your readers to use.
